Abrites Update from HK009 to HK010

HK009 is a special function/license in Abrites Online Diagnostics for Hyundai/KIA that allows neutralization of vehicle modules such as ECU/VCU/immobilizer/ESCL/PDM via OBD, but only when the donor vehicle (or its immobilizer) is present and the PIN is known.

HK010 is the updated, more advanced version of this function. It extends and enhances module neutralization capabilities beyond what HK009 can do.

• Bench Neutralization (No Donor Vehicle Required)

  • With HK010, you can neutralize (prepare) ECUs and VCUs on a bench setup without needing the donor vehicle or its immobilizer present. This means you can adapt a second‑hand module more flexibly and efficiently.

• Expanded Module Support

  • VCU neutralization on bench for all Hyundai/KIA electric vehicles.

  • ECU neutralization on bench for non‑electric vehicles (petrol/diesel/hybrid/PHEV) where appropriate.

• Retains All HK009 Legacy Features

  • Even after the update, you still get all the original HK009 functions (module neutralization via OBD using donor vehicle PIN), such as smart system neutralization, ESCL, PDM, immobilizer/system neutralization via OBD when donor info is available.
