BitBox VAG Continental Simos [SM2 ONLY]

This is a software module/license from BitSoftware designed for use with the BitBox ECU reflashing tool. It’s specifically made to work with certain Continental Simos‑series ECUs found in VAG‑group vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, SEAT).

Requirements & Compatibility

To use this module you will need:
✔ A BitBox‑compatible hardware interface (SM2 or SM2 Pro with J2534 support)
✔ A bench‑style adapter cable with GPT support (for CAN/BSL access)
✔ The BitBox software with this module activated by product number/license key

Technical Notes

• Checksum correction is done automatically during write operations.

• Different Simos generations may have distinct access methods (bench vs BSL).

• This is not a standalone hardware tool, but a software activation/module that enables specific ECU support in BitBox.
