BitBox FCA Petrol Gen1 CAN

It’s a BitBox module (software activation) that you install into the BitBox system to enable ECU communication for specific petrol engines.

Once activated with a security dongle and proper licenses, it allows tuning operations without opening the ECU box — directly via the diagnostic connector (CAN‑bus).

This module supports older generation ECUs found on petrol FCA vehicles (model years typically up to 2013/2014).

Important Notes

• A security USB dongle (BitBox key) is usually required to make the module work.

• It’s targeted at vehicles with Gen1 CAN petrol ECUs — not newer locked systems (for which Gen2 is used).
