MMCFlash – Module 34 (Nissan Hitachi TCM) Overview

The MMCFlash Module 34 is a software license/module used to read and write Nissan / Infiniti transmission control modules (TCM) that use Hitachi ECU architectures.

🔧 Supported ECUs / Hardware

This module typically works with Nissan/Infiniti TCMs based on:

• Hitachi SH7055
• Hitachi SH7058
• Hitachi SH7059
• Hitachi SH72531
• Hitachi SH72533

These are commonly found in:

• Nissan CVT and automatic transmissions
• Infiniti RE7 / Jatco-based gearboxes
• Various Nissan FWD/RWD platforms
  

  Important Notes

  • It usually works on calibration area only, not full firmware in most cases.
  • Wrong checksum or wrong file can easily put Nissan TCM into limp mode.
  • Some newer Nissan CVT units have protection / partial encryption, so virtual read may be required.
