CGDI 205 Adapter For MB FBS4 Mileage Repair Function

This adapter (sometimes called a meter adapter or software filter adapter) is used when repairing or adjusting the odometer (mileage) on FBS4‑type instrument clusters such as those found in:

• W205 (2018‑ onwards)

• W213

• W222 (2017‑ onwards)
  These are Mercedes model families that use the FBS4 anti‑theft immobilizer system.

The adapter is required especially when using the software filter method of mileage repair — it helps the CGDI MB software interface with the cluster electronics so you can modify the displayed mileage via OBD or bench mode.
