It’s a specialized metal frame designed to assist in bench‑mode ECU reading and programming without soldering directly onto the ECU board.

Purpose & Functionality

Primary use:
This metal positioning frame helps you securely and accurately position terminal adapters against the ECU’s circuit board pads during open‑mode programming (e.g., BDM, BOOT, JTAG). It eliminates the need for permanent soldering on the ECU board.

How it works:

• You insert the ECU board into the frame.

• Then place a compatible adapter (sold separately) into the frame’s slots.
