Abrites FR011 – Key learning by RH850 dump for Ford vehicles (2021+)

FR011 is a special function license from ABRITES designed for advanced key programming on modern Ford vehicles (model year 2021 and newer) that use RH850 processors in the Body Control Module (BCM).

This solution works in conjunction with ABRITES diagnostic tools and firmware extraction tools to enable key learning by reading and using a memory dump from the BCM’s RH850 processor.

How It Works (High‑Level)

1. Remove the BCM from the vehicle.

2. Use the ZN085 RH850/V850 Programmer to read the RH850 processor’s memory and save an RH850 dump file.

3. The dump contains important immo data needed for key generation.

4. ABRITES software processes the dump to generate the required security information.

5. You can then program new keys (either Spare or AKL) and initialize PATS as needed.
