Abrites MN031 – DAS Manager For Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses (incl. Setra)

The MN031 DAS Manager is a software license from Abrites designed for immobilizer‑related procedures on Mercedes‑Benz trucks and buses (including Setra models) equipped with infrared (IR) keys. It’s used in conjunction with an AVDI interface and other Abrites hardware to perform advanced programming, key and module operations that go beyond basic diagnostics.

Main Functionalities

Key Programming

• Adding spare keys

• All Keys Lost key programming (when no working key is present)
  Works for IR‑keyed trucks and buses up to about 2020.

Module Replacement & Adaptation

• Reset modules to virgin state

• Read/write coding and personalization

• Activate Electronic Modules such as:

  • EIS/EZS (ignition switch)

  • MCM/ECU (engine control)

  • TCU/TCM (transmission control)

Advanced Calibration (Newer Feature)

• Transmission & clutch calibration after module adaptation — this helps ensure smoother gear shifting when a used transmission module is fitted.
