Abrites Software Update From PO004 to PO008

PO004 and PO008 are license/software levels for the Abrites (AVDI) diagnostic system, specifically for Porsche diagnostics. PO008 is a newer, more advanced license than PO004.

The PO008 license adds advanced diagnostic functionality, including:
• Key and remote control programming
• Teach enable code (PIN) calculation
• Coding, configuration, and adaptations for many Porsche models (pre‑2010 ECUs require PO007 enabled for adaptations).

Requirements

To perform the software update and use the new license functionality you must have:

1. An AVDI interface with an active subscription

2. Internet connection during update

3. PROTAG programmer (for key programming, PIN, etc.)
