Alientech KESS3MA005 KESS3 Master Car LCV Bench-Boot Protocols activation

License / Protocol Activation: It is an activation pack (software “license”) for the Alientech KESS3 Master hardware that enables Bench and Boot ECU protocols specifically for cars and light commercial vehicles (LCV).

Bench-Boot protocols let the tool communicate directly with the ECU hardware — either on a bench (with the ECU removed from the vehicle) or via a deeper Boot mode interface — allowing full read/write access beyond what standard OBD tuning offers.

Notes

• This activation usually includes a subscription period (commonly 12 months) for updates; afterward, renewal may be required for new protocols.

• You must have the KESS3 Master hardware first — the activation alone doesn’t include the physical tool.

• Activations don’t inherently provide tuning files — they give access to protocols so you can read/write ECUs; modifying and tuning safely requires skills/software.
