AutoVEI – D2151S6001 – SCANIA COO7 is a software license / activation produced by AutoVEI (part of the Truck Explorer ecosystem) that enables advanced ECU operations on a SCANIA COO7 coordinator module used in Scania trucks.

This type of module is often referred to as a coordinator (often part of immobilizer / network control) rather than a typical engine ECU.

OBD Mode

• Read and write only the Flash memory

• EEPROM read/write not available in OBD mode

• No automatic checksum fix

• Works through the vehicle’s OBD port via a VEI tool (like V6/V7)

 DC (Direct Connect) Mode

• Read / write Flash only

• EEPROM read/write still only in JTAG

• “Bench” connection (module connected on a workbench) possible
