It’s a Truck Explorer kit from AutoVEI that uses the VEI V8 hardware platform — a newer version of AutoVEI’s programming interface — bundled with cables, adapters, and software licenses for reading, writing, and modifying truck ECUs, performing diagnostics, and handling key programming tasks.
