BitBox Denso SH7058 / SH7059 CAN

It’s a BitBox module (FID 153) designed for ECU remapping, calibration, diagnostics and tuning on Denso‑based engine control units.

Works over CAN‑bus, typically via OBD2 port or bench (direct ECU) connection.

Intended for FullFlash reading and writing, which means it can dump and rewrite the entire ECU flash including code and calibration data.

It includes automatic checksum correction (CS correction) so the modified flash image remains valid for ECU checks.

Practical Notes

• Some vehicles may lack CAN wiring on the OBD2 connector — in such cases you must use a bench connection directly to the ECU.

• Certain vehicles use gateways or protective bootloaders that prevent normal OBD flash access; bench mode may be required.

• Heavy‑duty trucks often have 24 V electrical systems — ensure your J2534/CAN interface supports 24 V.
