BitBox GM ACDelco Petrol Gen1 CAN

It’s a BitBox ECU module/software interface designed for reading and writing engine control units (ECUs) used in gasoline (petrol) General Motors (GM) vehicles that have ACDelco Gen1 ECUs connected via the CAN‑bus through the OBD2 diagnostic port.

• Connects to the vehicle’s OBD2 port and communicates over the CAN network to the ECU.

• Allows you to read the full flash memory of the ECU.

• Lets you write calibration data (e.g., tuned maps) back to the ECU.

• Automatically handles checksum correction (needed to keep the ECU happy after changes).

• Typical read/write operations take about 3–5 minutes.
