The BMW / Mini Cooper F-Series FEM / BDC Steering Lock Emulator (ELV/ESL emulator) is a small electronic device used to bypass or replace a faulty electronic steering lock (ELV/ESL) in BMW and MINI vehicles.

How it works

• Plug-and-play module (connects to ELV/steering lock connector)
• Sends correct electronic signals to FEM/BDC
• Removes the need for a working physical steering lock unit

Most versions are:

• No programming required
