Clixe – Mercedes 6 – AIRBAG Emulator K-Line Plug & Play

This is an airbag/seat‑occupancy emulator designed for certain Mercedes‑Benz vehicles. Essentially it simulates the signal that the car’s airbag system expects from the passenger seat/seat belt sensor, so that the car thinks everything is connected and working normally for diagnostic or testing purposes.

 Purpose & Use

• It’s used to check that the airbag system and related warning lights are functioning correctly.
• It’s not a permanent replacement for the real seat‑occupancy mat or sensor — the product itself and most sellers explicitly state it’s for testing/diagnostic use only.
• A 100 ohm resistor is usually included or recommended to emulate the seat belt occupancy signal when installing the emulator.
