What it is

This module is part of the GromCalcTool / ProByte ecosystem and is designed for:

• Ford airbag/SRS modules using RH850 R7F701A033 (locked MCU)
• CAN-BUS communication (bench/OBD depending on setup)
• “Crash data reset” / “airbag collision memory erase”
  

  Important technical notes

  • “Locked R7F701A033” means MCU security is enabled → not all tools can read/write freely
  • Some versions require:
    • stable 12V bench power supply
    • internet activation / dongle license
    • specific GromCalcTool hardware key
  • Wrong operation can permanently lock the SRS ECU (irreversible in many cases)
