What it does

The emulator replaces the function of the original steering column lock module, which often fails on Freelander 2 models and prevents the car from starting.

Instead of repairing or replacing the faulty steering lock, the emulator:

• Simulates a “working steering lock signal”
• Allows the ECU/immobilizer system to think the lock is functioning normally
• Enables the vehicle to start and run without the original ESL module
