ESL Universal Emulator (often referred to by its model NTK04 / Magic Emulator Volvo) is a steering lock emulator designed for certain Volvo vehicles. It replaces a faulty Electronic Steering Lock (often called ELV, ESL, or SCL) with a module that mimics the original signal so the car can start and run even if the original steering lock has failed.
