MMCFlash – 01 Module, h8/53x, SH7052,SH7055

This module is a software license/activation module that enables communication with specific ECU families based on:

• Renesas H8/53x
• Renesas SH7052
• Renesas SH7055

It is mainly used for Japanese and Korean ECUs in Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Suzuki, etc.

How it works in MMCFlash system

• Requires MMCFlash dongle (USB security key)
• Installed as a licensed module
• Used together with ECU connection hardware (CAN / K-line / J2534 interface depending on ECU)

 Simple summary

Module 01 = basic Japanese/Korean ECU flash module for older Renesas H8 & SH705x ECUs, used for reading and writing full ECU memory.
