Module 83 is a software activation for PCMflash that allows you to:
✔ Connect to VAG Bosch DQ380, DQ381, DQ500 and ZF 8HP automatic / DSG transmission control units via the vehicle’s diagnostic connector (OBD) (sometimes with appropriate J2534 interface hardware).
✔ Perform virtual reading (reading software/data without full bench-mode cable).
✔ Write / flash firmware or calibration data to supported TCUs.
✔ Check and correct checksums, which is essential after modifying data so the ECU accepts the changed file.
