Tango SLK-03 – Emulator DST AES, P1 88,A8 (requires activation SLK-03 maker)

Main purpose

It is typically used by automotive locksmiths and key programming specialists to:

• emulate a smart key/transponder during key programming,
• assist in all keys lost situations,
• test compatibility before writing a final key,
• work with supported vehicles that use the matching DST AES Page 1 = 88 or A8 profile.

Important notes

• It is usually one emulator type in a series (such as SLK-01, SLK-02, SLK-03, etc.), where each one supports different Page 1 values.
• Compatibility depends on:
  • vehicle make/model/year,
  • immobilizer system type,
  • Tango software activation/license.
