Main Purpose

Provides JTAG connection (8‑pin) between ECU and the AutoVEI dongle.

Used when ECU must be opened to access the PCB test points.

Enables full Flash + EEPROM read/write or recovery of ECUs.
Important Notes

ECU must be opened and sometimes soldering to JTAG pads is required.

Some ECUs (Bosch / Festo TCM) do not support JTAG, only OBD or DC.
