Used when ECU must be opened to access the PCB test points.

Important Notes

ECU must be opened and sometimes soldering to JTAG pads is required.
Some ECUs (Bosch / Festo TCM) do not support JTAG, only OBD or DC.
Always read first before writing to avoid ECU damage.
