It’s an ECU read/write module for BitBox (software used for ECU reflashing/tuning).
Designed for Bosch MG1/MD1 Gen2 ECUs used in certain Ford petrol & diesel engines, including locked 2020+ units.
The module is a software activation license – not physical hardware – that unlocks support for these specific ECU types within BitBox.

Working Modes
1. BENCH Mode (recommended & fastest):
  - Connect ECU directly on a bench (outside vehicle)
  - Uses Scanmatik 3 adapter for stable reads/writes
  - Supports multiple Bosch MG1/MD1 Gen2 variants (e.g., TC387/TC399 flash sizes)
2. OBD Mode (via OBD port):
  - Works with quality J2534 adapters
  - More sensitive to vehicle voltage drops – good power supply advised
  - Offers reading/writing but slower & riskier than bench mode
